Samata Shikshan Sanstha is a non-governmental and non-profit making organisation established in 1972. The vision of the organisation is inspired by the ideology of Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar 'It believes, that the youth belonging to the marginalised group of society can only be empowered and develop through education.' This organisation is an outcome of a strong social commitment towards the marginalised section of society. Since its inception, It has been striving hard towards its mission which is to impact quality education and training to student for equipping them with the require skills and abilities to accept social challenges and earn a livelihood. We have one residential ashram school and a social work college in Morane village in Dhule district of North Maharashtra and another ashram school in Talegaon Dhamdhere in Pune District of Western Maharashtra. We run residential schools with financial support from the state government and have a proven track record of providing quality educational support to children who would otherwise have fallen out of mainstream education. We provide training in social work to our students thus ensuring job opportunities and a dignified life for them.

Late Dr. B.R.Ambedkar is the inspiration of Samta Shikshan Sanstha. All its activities aim at Equality Fraternity and Justice to all its citizens. The equality of opportunity (for betterment of one's life) as guaranteed by the Indian constitution will be available to the beneficiaries of this project.
